Rehearsal Information for the Holiday 2022 season (September 19 – December 4)

Rehearsals will begin Monday September 19 at 7:00 pm at Clinton Heights Lutheran Church and continue weekly.  Note this is 30 minutes earlier than in previous seasons but rehearsals will continue to be 90 minutes long. We are planning to skip October 31 so everyone can enjoy Clintonville’s Trick-or-Treat tradition. Clinton Heights Lutheran is located at the corner of Clinton Heights Ave. and High St.  Please come early to the first rehearsal to allow time for startup activities.

Dues for this season are $30 per individual ($15 for students) or $45 per family.  There will be no music deposit.

The sanctuary is large enough to allow for social distancing, and you may wear a mask if you wish.

General Rehearsal Information

Starting in September 2022, the choir rehearses on Monday evenings from 7:00 – 8:30, starting about ten weeks before each performance.

Rehearsals are normally at Whetstone High School for the Holiday and Spring Concerts and Clinton Heights Lutheran Church for the Summer Concert.  If we know in advance that either location won’t be available to us, the alternate rehearsal location will be announced via our FaceBook page, a group e-mail, and under Choir News on the home page of this web site.

There will be no rehearsal if the Columbus Public Schools are unexpectedly closed on rehearsal day.  Notice of cancellations will be posted on our FaceBook page, a group e-mail will be sent, and Choir News on the home page of this web site will be updated as soon as possible.

First Rehearsals of Each Season

Choir dues ($25 for individual, $45 for a family, $15 for students) are collected at the first rehearsal before each concert.  Please arrive early at your first rehearsal to get your music and pay your dues.  You are welcome to join at any time!
